All responsibilities relating to product authenticity (including organic or other certifications), safety, quality, and legal and regulatory compliance rest solely with the respective sellers.

Users agree not to hold OQART liable for any issues arising from product quality, misrepresentation, false claims, or non-compliance attributable to sellers.

4. Pricing & Payments

Payments on OQART.com are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. By initiating a transaction, you authorize these payment providers to process your payment information in accordance with their terms and privacy policies.

OQART is not liable for payment failures, bank issues, transaction declines, delays, or any unauthorized transactions that may occur through third-party payment systems.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated shipping and delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase. These timelines are indicative and may vary based on product availability, seller location, logistics constraints, and external factors.

While OQART works with logistics partners and sellers to facilitate delivery, OQART is not responsible for delays, loss, or service disruptions attributable to logistics providers or unforeseen circumstances.

If a product is damaged in transit, primary liability rests with the logistics provider and/or seller, and users agree that OQART shall not be held liable for such damages except where required by applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

OQART is not responsible for any false, misleading, or inaccurate certifications, representations, or claims made by sellers, including but not limited to organic, quality, safety, or regulatory certifications.

Buyers agree to purchase products listed on the platform at their own discretion and risk, relying on the information and certifications provided by sellers, and acknowledge that OQART shall not be liable for losses or damages arising from reliance on such information, except where mandated by applicable law.
